What We Believe
The Midtown Church of Christ is a family of Christians whose goal is to please God. (2 Corinthians 5:9) Our ministries will contribute to this end by addressing five New Testament objectives: Worship (John 4:24), Evangelism (Mark 16:15,16), Fellowship (Acts 2:42), Discipleship (Matthew 28:18-20), and Ministry (Galatians 6:10). Our History
On October 15th, 2023, two long-time Tulsa congregations merged to meet as one. Going forward together now as the Midtown Church of Christ. The 10th & Rockford Church of Christ began in 1916 with a few souls meeting in the Whittier Elementary School for worship services. Throughout the first few years, there were more meeting location changes, and the membership grew to the point that in 1922, a property near downtown at 10th & Rockford was purchased. A new brick…
